They are in the mind, they are in the concept of anger, if they actually FELT the anger they would punch something, they’d yell and in a couple of moments it would be OVER. Remember, the emotional brain controls the threshold of excitability of every sensory and motor neuron of the body. So, if someone is bound-up they are not being honest with themselves, simple.”
